ALIA HANDS OVER 100 BUSES TO BENUE LINKS TRANSPORT COMPANY

Hyacinth Alia demonstrated his commitment to enhancing transportation infrastructure by handing over 100 Hiace buses to Benue Links Transport Company. This move comes in response to the challenges faced by travellers following the removal of fuel subsidy by the federal government.

He emphasized that the provision of these buses fulfills his earlier promise to the people of the state. The primary aim is to offer affordable transportation options for passengers and their goods.

He urged the management of Benue Links Transport Company to uphold professionalism among drivers, expand route networks, and decrease transportation fares. Governor Alia extended his appreciation to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for introducing palliatives. These measures allow states to address the specific needs of their citizens.
